ABSTRACT: Background: In health care sector, doctors and hospitals face pressure to improve service quality, improve patient safety and lower maintenance costs. Thus, health care providers are expected to give greater attention to client satisfaction, ways of measuring patient satisfaction to be more integrated in the overall quality of clinical care. Dharmais Cancer Hospital is a class A state hospital as a referral hospital that provides services in the field of cancer. The hospital is able to provide medical services specialist and sub-specialist area by governments designated as the highest referral or also referred to as the central hospital. As a new service unit, then the evaluation of patient satisfaction is required. The product quality should be good to get a good reputation on the community. Objective: To determine the variables of patient satisfaction with quality of services dominant influence on patient loyalty hemodialysis unit at the Cancer Hospital Dharmais. Method: observational method with cross sectional survey Result and discussion positively to Loyalty Patients on Hemodialysis Unit Dharmais Cancer Hospital. Patient satisfaction with service guarantees Cancer Hospital Hemodialysis Unit Dharmais positive and significant impact on patient loyalty in Hemodialysis Unit Dharmais Cancer Hospital Jakarta. The higher patient satisfaction with trust, honesty service providers, possession of skills and knowledge required Haemodialysis Unit Dharmais Cancer Hospital to perform the services and credibility followed by patient loyalty. Patient satisfaction with Security Services in Cancer Hospital Hemodialysis Unit Dharmais has dominant influence on the loyalty of patients at the Cancer Hospital Hemodialysis Unit Dharmais Jakarta.
