Resilience Women Persons with Breast Cancer
ABSTRACT: Nowadays, many people who diagnosed with cancer disease. In Indonesia, millions of people died due to cancer. Cancer disease which caused highest bereavement were lungs cancer, heart cancer, and breast cancer. The aimed of this study was to understand dynamics of resiliency among women with breast cancer. The research was conducted in a qualitative approach through a phenomenology method. Sources of data consisted of three women with breast cancer and six significant others. Analysis of finding data using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The result of this study showed that all respondents achieved resiliency after obtaining support from many people and doing effective coping strategy. The ability of resiliency facilitating women with breast cancer to receiving and dealing with their illness. Keywords: resiliency, women with breast cancer, support, coping strategy
